‘Changure Bangaru Raja’ movie review: This Ravi Teja production is a partly-amusing crime comedy

The performances led by Karthik Rathnam and Satya and the humour stand out in ‘Changure Bangaru Raja’, the Telugu crime comedy produced by actor Ravi Teja. The smartness in the writing, however, loses steam as it tries too hard to be quirky
